All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars and include GST.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Orders and bookings can be placed directly through our website. We accept credit cards. If you wish to arrange payment via another method, such as bank transfer, please contact us directly at: info@snakesafevictoria.com.au and we will be more than happy to
accommodate you. All orders and bookings will be processed and confirmed via e-mail, once payment has been successfully made. Please ensure all details on your confirmation e-mail are correct and notify us if there is any error as soon as possible. We are unable to correct errors in your shipping address once orders have been sent, so please double-check that you have entered your address correctly.
We aim to ship Australia-wide. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery service may leave a pick-up at your address and you must collect your order from the post office location stipulated on this card.
We work with several delivery partners including Australia Post and private courier companies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We take great care when preparing your order for shipment. As such, once packaging has commenced, we are unable to cancel existing orders. Please e-mail us immediately if you wish to revise or cancel your order and we will attempt to assist you. We reserve the right to refuse order cancellation, at all times.
RETURNS POLICY
Please take care when selecting your items, as Snake Safe Victoria and Wild Weddings do not allow refunds or exchanges simply for a change of mind. If your goods arrive and are either damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via e-mail at info@snakesafevictoria.com.au. Please include proof of purchase by way of an order number, as well as details and pictures of the damage alleged, wherever necessary. If the same product type and colour/design are available, we will gladly replace your item (postage free of charge). If your item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund via your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
